CONFIDENTIALITY

This coaching relationship, as well as all information that the Client shares with Nicole as part of this relationship, is bound by confidentiality and will not be disclosed to other parties, except in these circumstances:

·         There is imminent danger to an identifiable third party or to self;

·         When abuse or neglect of a child is suspected

·         When a disclosure is ordered by the court

·         When the Client requests disclosure
